Your couples remain free to choose their photographer and videographer. When they book our studio, we coordinate their coverage, photography, video, editing, and delivery.
The complimentary one-day shoot is scheduled once your preferred vendor placement and couple introduction process are active. We agree on the shoot’s scope and production plan in advance.

Is the content audit included?
Yes. We review your photography, video, and website presentation as part of your Hitched marketing package to identify what content will help your venue.
What does the complimentary shoot cover?
One planned content day capturing agreed venue spaces, details, team imagery, and promotional footage. Scope and deliverables are agreed in advance when activating the preferred studio partnership.
How does ongoing content work?
Fresh content comes from weddings booked with our studio. Photography and video depend on the services the couple books. Further dedicated content shoots are agreed separately.
Do our couples have to book the studio?
No. Couples choose their own vendors. Your venue’s role is to feature our studio as a preferred option and introduce us through your booking process.
Who takes care of our couples?
Our studio team manages wedding sales, client coordination, photographers, videographers, editing, and delivery under the Hitched brand.
How are referral credits calculated?
Your credit equals 5% of collected photography and video revenue from a booking attributed to your venue. Credits are adjusted for refunds and unused credit carries forward on your Hitched marketing account.
